■オンライン情報検索

蛋白質研究奨励会が作成している文献データベース(PRF/LITDB)、アミノ酸配列データベース(PRF/SEQDB)、合成化合物データベース(PRF/SYNDB)をオンラインで検索することができます。

• 化合物データベース(SYNDB)をインターネットから利用できるようになりました。
• 2010年(Vol.36)から文献データベースの内容を一新します。Vol.35までのデータについては、引き続き、従来通りの利用が可能です。
• 2010年から、配列データベースの作成方法を一新します。
• データベース内容の詳細については、「データベースについて」を参照してください。
• 検索条件のデータを解析する事で、さらに便利な検索システムの構築をしていきます。
• 文献検索(LITQ)、配列検索(SEQSRCH)とも検索結果の会員制限をなくしました。

The 45th Japanese Peptide Symposium was held at Tower Hall Funabori in Tokyo on October 29-31, 2008 under the auspices of the Japanese Peptide Society.
The Symposium was a co-operative effort of the following participants: the Chemical Society of Japan; the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan; the Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Agrochemistry; the Japanese Biochemical Society.
Five hundreds thirty-eight participants participated in the Symposium, which consisted of two award lectures, three invited lectures presented by professor Teruo Nishida of Yamaguchi University and by Korean Peptide Society, twenty-six oral presentations, twenty-six young oral presentations, and one hundred sity-five poster presentations.
